Position Summary

The Training Operations Project Manager will be responsible for project management in a wide variety of business initiatives. They will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve KPIs. Must have a passion for training and be an out-of-the-box thinker with sharp project management, communication, and organizational skills, who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Training Operations Project Manager will directly support the Training Division responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support their KPIs. They will maximize efficiency, productivity and deliver on-time projects that drive results.


    • Scope and lead training operations projects that launch on time and deliver results;
    • suggesting strategies and projects to achieve goals
    • Establish timelines, back schedules, and deliverables, working with channel-specific leaders on resource allocation, prioritization, and overall roadmap
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders outside of Training Operations, collaborating on new initiatives to refine project goals, and define success criteria in multiple facets
    • Partner with cross-functional business units to outline training operations support to achieve their KPIs; this includes but is not limited to training, curriculum development, marketing, sales, ecommerce store, B2B, customer engagement, brand awareness/reach, consumer experience events, member loyalty, etc.
    • Assess technical and analytics needs to recommend (and assist departments with executing) simple solutions, minimizing disruption to existing Training projects.
    • Outline and coordinate execution steps to support the project, including any dependencies, constraints, and risks (partnering with training leaders if needed).
    • Proactively communicate project updates and status, with ability to develop ideas, plan for contingencies, and pivot when necessary
    • Document and establish SOPs; identify opportunities for process improvement and improvement in communication
    • Manage audiences in Salesforce as well as multiple other CRM’s
    • Be flexible with context-switching and accommodating miscellaneous training operations needs and tasks to keep projects on track.
    • Be willing to gain and keep a birds-eye view on and connect a variety of initiatives of multiple teams at a time.

Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or similar field (or equivalent years’ experience)
  • Related experience in training, operations, sales, or project management preferred (preferably within SaaS, e-commerce or member subscription business)
  • Be a self-starter, have high standards and be able to work independently and on a team to crush deadlines, and proven time management skills in deadline driven work.
  • Experience managing Operations projects; project management (PMP, CAPM) certification a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with technical, analytical and creative problem-solving aptitude
  • Assertive, persistent, and a strong communicator
  • Some blend of experience and/or exposure with analytics such as CMS or landing page software, project management tools, web analytics, A/B split testing tools, and paid digital platforms (WordPress, Elementor, Unbounce, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Facebook, Google Ads, Bing Ads preferred.)
