Nashville Artist Releases Political Painting featuring Power Tie and an HK45

Following the 2020 State of the Union, Nashville artist, Owen York, releases original painting titled, “Hashtag”, featuring a Presidential-looking Power Suit & Tie and a Heckler & Koch HK45

Feb. 14, 2020: Nashville artist, Owen York, releases his newest original Fine Art featuring a very Presidential-looking Power Suit and Tie and sporting a Heckler & Koch HK45.

Several years in the making, Owen York Studios proudly announces, “Hashtag”. It is a mixed media original work of art done in Owen York’s distinctive and characteristic style. It is 16×20″ on canvas.

Though started in 2017, “Hashtag” was completed in January 2020. It had been shelved temporarily to allow the political scene in the U.S. to settle down. However, following the 2020 State of the Union, Owen York decided it was time to release it to the public.

“Hashtag,” is garnering national and international attention, with currently undisclosed interviews and features lining up for the artist, the details of which have not been released (nor has the price tag).
