Member Loyalty Specialists provide world-class customer service to members who have an existing relationship with the USCCA. Build deep connections while helping others be the very best protectors of self and family. Remind customers of the amazing benefits they receive as a member. Worried about training? Don’t be! Delta Defense provides comprehensive, 8-week PAID training so you will be knowledgeable and confident when engaging with our members.Training includes new employee on-boarding, product and systems training, sales and service training and preparation for earning your Producer Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities:

  • Call members for past due payments (Outbound Sales).
  • Renew members that are about to expire.
  • Have awesome conversations with members.
  • Be clear, confident, and precise on the phone.
  • Follow up with customers when promised. Find and fulfill customer needs.
  • Deepen and maintain member relationships through needs assessment.
  • Empathize with members and provide offers & solutions to make it easy for members to acquire a USCCA product.
  • Engage in other outbound campaigns to meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintain alignment with the Core Values of Delta Defense and the mission of the USCCA in all interactions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in an Outbound Sales/Customer Engagement role is a plus.
  • Desire to “WOW” customers daily.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ patience, empathy and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Passionate about delighting customers and communicating with them through conversation.
  • Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid Training is provided for all hires.

** Must be able to complete Full Time PAID Training (Monday-Friday) for the first 8 weeks upon hire.**

Starting hourly wage is $18.00 per hour plus commission. This role is also bonus-eligible for company incentive plan. This is a First Shift position: 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday CST.

This position can be performed in our beautiful headquarters in West Bend, WI or remotely.

Position Summary:

This position will play a key role on the analytics team. Embrace the challenge of creating the company’s speech analytics platform and being the subject matter expert for a growing organization. Analyze customer contacts for critical insights, patterns, and trends. Responsibilities:

  • Construct searches and reports designed for automated analysis and topic identification in recorded conversations from a contact center environment.
  • Make recommendations and define data strategies that solve critical business problems.
  • Utilize best practice speech analytics methodologies for quality delivery of analysis and reports/visualization in alignment with specified analytical objectives and/or ROI.
  • Package and deliver key findings and briefings. Develop ad-hoc and advanced analytical insights and reports to drive business value.
  • Champion the use of tools to solve business challenges and deliver solutions that are timely, accurate, and repeatable. Exercise sound judgment, risk management, and foster a customer centric culture throughout design, development, and deployment practices.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively; develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and business leadership.
  • Provide accurate support handoffs.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a data science or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • Experience with CallMiner, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or other speech analytics software is required.
  • 3+ years of related experience in data monitoring. Background in contact center analytics preferred.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities, new strategies and policy changes.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems without direct supervision.
  • Confident team player who is able to work well with others, mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for daily interaction with data consumers.

Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for improving and building successful training operations within Official Partners (OP) and Independent Instructors founded in USCCA curriculum and training programs. The Field Training Specialist (FTS) will provide guidance in the various ways that the USCCA Curriculums and Training Programs can be leveraged by partners and instructors to grow their business.

The FTS will report to and take direction from the Training Division and will also partner with the District Sales Manager (DSM) and Account Executives (AE) within their district to prioritize and execute all business needs relating to training. Responsibilities:

  • Help business partners fully understand the features and benefits of USCCA curricula and training programs. Share training business best practices.
  • Oversee certification of business partners in USCCA curricula.
  • Understand and be able to instruct others in the use of the USCCA Training site and other available digital tools.
  • Consult with, advise and support official partners as needed to maximize their familiarity and engagement with USCCA training curricula.
  • Offer continuing education opportunities for partner instructors.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a defensive firearms instructor.
  • Previous experience owning/operating a training business within the firearms or self-defense industry.
  • Must possess a valid Concealed Carry License.
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Frequent travel is required.
  • USCCA CCHDF or DSF Certified Instructor certification preferred; USCCA CCHDF
  • Training Counselor certification highly preferred.
