  • Position Summary: Customer Engagement Digital Advisors on our Digital Team provide world-class customer service via all written outlets including email, chat, SMS and social media direct contact such as PMs and DMs. These positions are responsible for interacting through all platforms utilized by Delta Defense to engage, educate and provide an unprecedented experience for all who interact through our social outlets, thereby assisting in the growth of the Delta Defense’s reach in the digital world.** Hours vary:
    -Monday-Friday 2nd shift 3 days 1:30PM-10:00 PM and 2 days 2:30PM – 11:00 PM CST
    -Weekend 1st shift Friday-Monday 6:00AM-6:30PM CST (varying hours)
    -Weekend 2nd shift Friday-Monday 12:30PM – 11:00PM CSTDuties/Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails, chats, SMS and all reasonable social media interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries with knowledgeable, well thought out answers

    Position Summary

    Customer Service Advisors provide a world-class experience for our members who reach us by phone. We engage, inform and assist our members with all of their membership needs. This may include updating their account information, assisting them with the purchase of a new t-shirt or talking about the latest issue of Concealed Carry Magazine!

      Position Summary:

      The Customer Engagement (CE) Supervisor is responsible for the execution of strategies and actions necessary to maintain and exceed member loyalty and for gathering department input and implementing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include general operational support to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association members and prospects, projects assigned by manager or any other departments that align with the supervisor’s role and responsibilities.

      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for the upholding and encouraging ambassadors to act within the Customer Engagement Purpose: “We inspire LOYALTY through exceptional SERVICE and ENGAGING experiences built on trust”
      • Coaches and trains the CE Team members effectively by encouraging and helping to facilitate their growth and development
      • Drive a culture of Loyalty through all digital and/or phone interactions
      • Handle escalated customer contacts
      • Develop policy, guidelines, processes, and procedures for all modes of contact on all platforms
      • Ensure effective cross-functional/cross-departmental communications for all Team needs as well as cross-functional requests from other departments
      • Responsible for the KPIs and performance of CE Teams
      • Analyze employee metrics and utilize data to not only find coaching opportunities but also performance improvement
      • Responsible for live management of the floor to attain service levels (SL)
      • Assist IT in the optimization of current platforms through feedback gained from advisors

      Required Skills/Experience:

      • High school degree or equivalent required
      • 2+ years leadership experience preferred
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Computer literacy and understanding of CRM software and advanced internet functions and the ability to teach and troubleshoot these functions for Team Members
      • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
      • Excellent task management skills
      • Required ability to lead and direct others in alignment with Delta Core Values
      • Excellent critical thinking skill
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
      • Background in Customer Service and/or Sales desired

                  Position Summary:

                  As a Delta Defense Account Executive, you will create a robust pipeline through pursuing, building,
                  and maintaining professional relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in your
                  territory. Through those relationships, you will share the USCCA story in group presentations. By using
                  effective closing techniques you will provide individuals with education, training, and self-defense
                  liability insurance benefits through USCCA membership.

                  Responsibilities:

                  • Prospect for new business
                  • Build and maintain client base
                  • Sell USCCA Memberships at CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons Permit) classes (along with other firearms classes), and at brick & mortar stores/ranges
                  • Execute the organization’s outside sales program
                  • Ensure the successful achievement of Delta’s sales goals across the nation

We do not require any specific credentials, background, or previous firearms training experience.

                    The following are critical job requirements. Please do not apply if you cannot satisfy these requirements:

                    • You must be at least 18 years of age.
                    • You must have attended at least one 4-day defensive handgun course.
                    • You must take and pass the 4-day Instructor Development Course.
                    • You must be able to legally possess a firearm. We will perform a criminal background check to verify.
                    • You must have the legal right to work in the United States. You will be asked to produce the appropriate documentation.
                    • You must be free of any drug use or other chemical dependencies that could be hazardous to yourself, students, or fellow staff members.
                    • You must be able to physically perform the job, including standing on your feet outdoors for 2-3 hours at a time and be able to lift and carry approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to physically perform Front Sight techniques related to weapons handling and marksmanship.
                    • Tattoos are only acceptable if they can be completely covered by the long sleeve version of the Front Sight uniform.
                    • Since communication with our students is crucial, you must speak fluent English. Additional languages a benefit as well.

                    Application Process:

                    All applicants will be required to attend Front Sight’s Instructor Development course. This is essentially a 4-day job interview where we will teach you Front Sight techniques and evaluate your potential to be a successful member of the Front Sight Instructional Staff. There is no charge for the course, but you must supply your own ammunition. The course is taught once a month and is held at the Front Sight facility in Pahrump, Nevada.                       Job Description:

                      You will be leading firearms classes in a retail environment with customers who want to become certified for concealed carry permits or to advance their firearms skills You will be Legal Heat’s local ambassador to the store and develop strong relationships with the store staff and management while projecting a positive image for Legal Heat. You will present our sponsor’s products in a positive educational format during our classes. This a 1099 contract position.

                      Role Responsibilities:

                      Fingerprinting experience desirable, willingness to perform fingerprinting services as necessary required

                      Skills in advanced firearms and tactical training, tactical medical and/or non-lethal defense instruction preferred
